3. Service Scheduling and Cancellation

• Regular service appointments are scheduled based on availability
• 24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling
• Emergency services may be subject to additional fees
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or safety concerns

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
• We accept various forms of payment including credit cards and electronic transfers
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and service location information
• Ensure safe access to the pool area for service personnel
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your property
• Notify us of any changes to your pool system or service needs

6. Limitation of Liability

CoOpPools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

7. Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on parts and labor for repairs. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or neglect
• Pre-existing conditions
• Acts of nature or force majeure

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials provided in connection with our services are the property of CoOpPools and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
